## Changelog

* Added `bifrost.server.basePath` (`server.base_path`) to serve Bifrost under a URL path prefix behind an ingress (e.g. `https://abc.com/bifrost`). The UI, redirects and OAuth callback URLs use the prefix. Requests are accepted with or without it, so the ingress can forward or strip it and probes stay on `/health`.
* Added `socks5` as a `bifrost.proxyConfig.type` (`proxy_config.type`): `url` is then a `socks5://` or `socks5h://` proxy URL; a bare `host:port` takes its scheme from the type. The values schema previously rejected it, so a SOCKS5 global proxy could only be set from the dashboard.
* `bifrost.client.oauth2ServerConfig.issuerUrl` (`client.oauth2_server_config.issuer_url`): a trailing slash is now ignored.
* Bumped `appVersion` from `2.3.1` to `2.4.0`.
